The Libyan Planning Minister, Ali Ahmed Elsaleh, met with his Italian counterpart, Giulio Terzi, on Thursday and set up a new Italian-Libyan fishing company.
According to the report from ANSAmed, the meeting took place during a series of Italian and Libyan entrepreneurial meetings promoted by Assolombarda and the Italian foreign ministry.
