The US Embassy in Tripoli has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Microsoft, H2O, and the US-Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) to launch the “Internet for all-Libya” project.
This project will install hotspots in public places and schools around Libya and provide training so more Libyans can benefit from access to the Internet.
This event coincided with Global Partnerships Week, with the aim of helping to address the world’s problems in areas such as health, education, and economic development.
