The break in the submarine communications cable connecting Benghazi and Brega is still causing problems for telephone and internet connections in the East of the country.
It has also caused disruption to international and domestic flights in and out of the Benghazi’s Benina aiport.
Work is underway to repair the damage, caused by a dredger.
