PFG "Halts Oil Exports" at Eastern Ports

By John Lee. The Petroleum Facilities Guard (PFG) has reportedly shut down oil exports at the ports of Marsa al Hariga, Es Sider and Ras Lanuf. The PFG claims that the NOC has not paid its salaries for the past year. More here and here. (Sources: Bloomberg, OilPrice)
