Tripoli Post reports that under its ITEC Programme, India says it could offer scholarships to Libyans in the IT, Banking, and SME development.
During a meeting on Thursday with the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, the Indian Ambassador to Tripoli, Mr. Anil Trigunayat (pictured), also discussed cooperation in the areas of information technology, banking and "capacity building".
