Italy's ENAV has become the official training provider for the Libyan air traffic control service.
Under the €1 million contract, the company will train 140 air traffic controllers, who will take part in two-week courses on a roster basis at the ENAV Academy in Forlì between October and December.
ENAV CEO Massimo Garbini said:
“In a historical period in which the world trend favours the conservation of resources and activities we are proud to face the international market with such a competitive commercial offer. Training, in particular, represents for us a fundamental means of selling our specialized consultancy in sectors and services for which ENAV is a world leader."
