Due to the necessity to accommodate the R82 concession personnel, it is mandatory to build a no. 140 bedrooms @82 concessions to cover the accommodation requirements for the existing and future developments.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Mellitah Oil & Gas B.V (Libyan Branch) is interested in Tendering its:-
To build a no. 140 furnished bedrooms with a complete facilities such as recreation centre, restaurant, etc as a turn key project. The work includes:
• Site survey of all the 82 concession area includes oil fields.
• Geotechnical investigation.
• Determination of the optimum location for the proposed accommodation in terms of accessibility taken into consideration the new developments @ 82 concession.
• Basic & Detailed Engineering.
• Procurement.
• Construction, testing phase (complete Civil, Mechanical & Electrical woks)
