The Mellitah Oil & Gas Company intends to issue the below tender and wishes to invite for pre-qualification interested, experienced and reputable companies specialized in providing similar services stated below to submit full electronic file including all requirements for inclusion in the bidders list to be invited to participate in the following tender:

Provision of Technical Assistance Services for Sulphur System and Facilities at Mellitah Complex
Scope of Work
The Company intends to have a contract for a period of two years for provision of qualified personnel (6 Technicians + 1 Coordinator) to assist in the operation and maintenance activities of the Sulphur Solidification Plant and Loading System at Mellitah Complex, on 24 hours per day / 7 days per week basis (3 Technicians for 12 hours day shift + 3 Technicians for 12 hours night shift). The work shall include, but not limited to, the following:
- The Operations of Sulphur Solidification Plant and Loading System;
- On the Job Training of the Company Personnel;
- Repair and Restoration of Defective Parts and the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Monthly Plan and Schedule;
- Weekly & Monthly Maintenance Report, Spare Parts Status.
The Contractor shall adhere to standard specifications and technical requirements, which include the scope of work .The Contractor shell also, adhere to all of the Mellitah company for oil and gas standards, government regulations and industry practices where applicable.
