A meeting was held this week between the National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the oil company BP.
From the Libyan side, the meeting was attended by NOC Chairman Nuri Berruien [Nuri Balrwin] and Mr. Abulgasim Shinger, a member of the management committee for exploration and production; the British side was represented by Dr. Sam Bennett, Chief negotiator for the company in exploration and production, Mr. Roger Nunn, General Manager of BP Libya branch, and Mr. Mhmoud Ismail, Deputy of General Manager,
The two sides discussed the company's activity in Libya, and the arrangements regarding drilling in onshore and offshore areas as per the signed contract between two parties.
