A business delegation from the Turkish city of Bursa was in Zliten this week to look at possible cooperation.
The Mayor of Bursa, together with a representative of the Turkish Parliament and a member of the Turkish Chamber of Commerce and a number of Turkish investors met with Makhzoum Abu-Senina and Emhemed Ahmadi, members of Zliten Local Council as well with as the head of Council’s Technical Committee, Hisham Assari.
Theyconsidered possible Turkish investment in the town, in particular the planned new port, a tuna-processing factory and tourist projects.
Like Zliten, Bursa is a port city.
