The government is to relocate the Foreign Ministry from its current headquarters in Tripoli because staff are refusing to come in following threats from gunmen believed to linked to militant revolutionaries, reports Libya Herald.
The Ministry was taken-over for a day by a group of armed men two weeks ago.
