African Manager reports that Libya and Turkey have agreed to build a 250-megawatt power station in the eastern Libyan city of Tobruk.
An agreement is said to have been signed between the chairman of the crisis committee in the area, Idriss Ali Triki, and leaders of the Turkish company, which Libya Business News believes to be Karadeniz Holding.
The agreement was signed when Triki visited Turkey recently.
The cost of the project has not been disclosed.
