An agreement was signed last week to create a new Tripoli University Business Incubator.
The deal was agreed between Tripoli University and the Tripoli Business Incubator Centre, which is part of Libya Enterprise, the Ministry of Economy department responsible for promoting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Libya.
According to a report from Libya Herald, it aims to encourage university projects to become business ventures, and hopes to attract finance from businesses.
