Dutch NGO SPARK has held the first in a seriess of workshops for entrepreneurs in Tripoli last week, according to a report from Libya Herald.
The workshop, attended by 20 business people, addressed the challenges and obstacles faced by small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Libya, with entrepreneurs sharing experiences and discussing the support needed to encourage private sector development.
The sessions are run in partnership with Libya Enterprise and ENALA, a local Libyan organisation which works on social and economic empowerment of young people.
