The United Kingdom has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Expertise France to provide $1.5 million to set up a micro-finance scheme in Libya.
The feasibility study was funded by the European Union (EU), implemented by Expertise France, and the establishment funded by the UK – a joint European effort to support entrepreneurship in Libya.
