The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) has published its "Roadmap for the Preparatory Phase of a Comprehensive Solution".
It says the document was prepared in response to the popular demands expressed in consultative meetings of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF).
