Video: Lawyers Fear 'Revenge' Trial for Gaddafi

A lawyer acting for Saif al Islam has warned the International Criminal Court that a trial held in Libya would be motivated by revenge rather than justice.

ICC judges are expected to take weeks or months to announce where the hearing will be held.

Al-Islam was indicted last year on charges of murdering and persecuting protesters in the uprising which toppled his father.

Personally I am want to see him hangin on Martyr square. But it would be much better to keep him alive and show him daily pictures of free libyan people. That hurts him and the criminal elements of his followers.
